Long story short, wonderful staff and a great option to store with to leave you feeling completely at ease about your belongings in their home away from home.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every one I spoke to on the phone, including Danny the manager, was courteous and professional. Today, Rosemary was in the front office to get me set up with my unit. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and explained everything in incredible detail. It was a tough day with terrible rainy weather, and she was just a ray of sunshine!
We already have a storage unit here, and needed a larger one. JP quickly transferred our account and credited us money since it was mid-month. The units are always clean and well kept. It's always a little chilly in there, so wear your sweaters! We are thoroughly pleased with our choice to store our belongings here!
I just left Extra Space Storage on Rt. 17 and am renting with them for the first time. I cannot say enough about how great an experience it was.
The facility itself is clean, secure, spacious, and very affordable. I've used several storage places in the past, but Extra Space blew them all out of the water. I would not hesitate to use them time and time again in the future.
It's a great storage facility, the workers are courteous and helpful. Had a problem in the past with leakage and temperature but hopefully that is fixed...price is ok, could be better! Especially when they go up too high and sometimes without notification, but overall good and clean facility :)
