Visited other location but this one is my favor one.
My favorite 24 Hour Fitness health club in Bergen County. Always up to date with repairs. If something brakes down right away the management is on top of it to get it repaired as soon as possible. I like training in the big cardio room they have on the top floor. The cardio room is big, spacious and has many machines to workout on. Always has good movies, shows and music to enjoy on all the TV's while you train. The workout room is a good size with different compound weights and machines. The facility has a nice large Spa room that comes with a Jacuzzi, Pool, Steam and Sauna. Sometimes from a long days of work I like to go in there to relax my muscles. Anyways, yes the gym has positives and negatives. But you have to realize no matter where you go to train no gym is perfect. I rate this gym a 5 because management does their best to take care of this facility when issues occur asap while comparing to the other 24 Hour Fitness facilities in Bergen County.

Joined in California back in early 90's and when 24 Fit made it's way to NJ in 08 Hasbrouck Heights facility was outstanding. Time, wear and tear took it's toll but I recently returned and it is back with a bang. I been to a number of clubs on the East coast in the Heights stands out.
I would not recommend this gym mainly because of their staff members. I had a really bad experience with Erik, the Sales Manager about my membership. First of all, it was very difficult to reach him as he would never return my phone calls. When I finally approached him in person about my case, his attitude and a raised voice were very unprofessional. I am positive there are a lot of other gyms that know how to treat their clients right.
They need better, more physically fit GroupX instructors. Most of the instructors in Saddlebrook are unfit and do not hone their craft. They are continually assigned or given all the classes when they don't do a good job at all!
