DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. Worst of the worst! Victor sold me a car that he knew had a damaged frame but never disclosed that information to me. When I asked if it had ever been in an accident, he showed me the Car Fax. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the accident and any repairs has to be reported to an insurance company in order for Car Fax to have the information. The body work was done without it being reported and the frame damage was never fixed. I took it for a multi point inspection after the purchase and they found over $8k worth of damage to the car. Even though I found paperwork in the car to prove Victor knew about the damage, he refuses to do anything to make it right. Evil people. Don't trust them and don't look to Car Fax to get past history on a vehicle. I regret stepping foot into this dealership. Hopefully you will read this before you do and learn from my mistake.
Do not blindly trust any response from this dealership to a customer's bad review. I had the car checked at a reputable Mercedes dealership in Paramus and they suggested I return the car to the dealer that sold it to me. There are so many things wrong with this car. Not a scratched frame, a damaged frame that absolutely compromises the safety and value of this car. They are so "helpful" to sell you a car, but not for your benefit, it's for their benefit. I stand by my review and my experience with these people. Get a Certified Pre-owned vehicle when buying used.
He gave suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever.
I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from TFS Auto Sales in February. It was by far the cleanest minivan that we looked at. The pictures that they posted online accurately displayed the van's appearance. Both Igor and Victor helped with the sale and they were great. Not pushy, just really easy to work with. They handled the financing as well and made the whole purchase stress free for me. I drove it home the next day and they even took care of getting the vehicle registered for me since I live 2.5 hours from their location. While waiting for the plates they were easy to reach by phone and never tried to avoid communication. Overall experience was 100% perfect , the 2.5 hour drive was worth it and I look foward to future purchases with them. Thanks again to Igor and Victor.
